I was upgraded to a well furnished a double room in good condition. Near a tram station, the location was marvellous and magnificent, next to Hakodateekimae tram.

We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast at Comfort Hotel. The freshly squeezed fruit juice and delicious breakfast options made our mornings enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also superb, with convenient access to trains, buses, and trams, making it easy to explore the city. Despite the small rooms, the bed was comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was great and convenient in general, had very good staff at the reception desk. The location was great next to Hakodateekimae tram, walk from a bus stop. Again, it was just a short stroll away from Hakodate Morning Market
